LOL

She said it.
Right out loud, she said it.

Ee Lynn: CARTOON.
Ms. Lee: What cartoon?? I am not a cartoon!
 . . . cartoonist . . .
(something something I couldn't catch because I was laughing so hard)

I don't even remember what we were talking about in the first place!
Oh my gosh, sooo funny! Ee Lynn you're so silly =P Why did you say it so LOUD??
Ahahahah, I'll remember that until I get Alzhiemer's.

SOS CALL

ATTENTION:
Quah Lyn Si, 5T student of 2008 has leukaemia and is in need of O positive blood. She's going to continuously need it until she can find a bone marrow donor, and it is going to be very difficult finding a match. She's at Gleneagles Hospital now. Please leave a comment if you're a kind soul interested to help.
Sure, all her loved ones are doing this for her as well. But it never hurts to help even if I don't know her personally.

Oh my gosh. How surreal. To think that this is happening to somebody from the same school. I mean, I've read true stories in books like Chicken Soup For The Soul, but I never thought of it actually happening to people around me. Isn't it strange . . . that I so coincidentally just advertised for the Relay For Life event. Oh! It's a sign. I'm going. I'm definitely going now!

Natasha says her mother has a friend who's part of an organization that could help her. I've given her Quah Lyn Si's number. I really hope they can do something about it. I certainly would like to hear her pull through this!! Please pray for her.

To Quah Lyn Si, jia you!
To all her friends and family, stay strong!!

Relay For Life

Lately I've been getting urges to do crazy/bizarre things. Like when Rachel inivted all of us to go dragon-boating. I got really, really excited and I really, really looked forward to it. Then she cancelled! I was so disappointed! I mean, when will I ever get another chance like that one? All right. Whatever. It's gone, it's over. Now here's another chance to do something crazy.
A relay for life. A walk to save cancer patients. A 16-hour walkathon. From 6pm to 10am the next morning. I'm dying to go! But they require 10 people per group. And I don't have that 10 people. So I am in search of people, who for some strange reason, also feel a need to do something crazy! Here's the website if you wanna find out more. The event falls on the weekend the March term break begins. Please leave a comment if you're interested! Really!! =[
Imagine walking together, beginning in the evening, through the middle of the night, until past daybreak the next morning!! We will be friends for LIFE after having gone through such an ordeal together!

LETTER-TAG

Yes, Carmen, I know I asked you to tag me, but Ee Vern beat you to it! So here goes:
Copy to your own note, erase my answers, and enter yours. Use the first letter of your name to answer each of the following questions. They have to be real. . . nothing made up! If the person before you had the same first initial, you must use different answers. You cannot use any word twice and you can't use your name for the boy/girl name question.

Then I realized that my for my own name, I'm going to get either 'X' or 'Y'!!
Either way, it's really challenging! So Ee Vern tagged me with 'Y'. Hahah. Let's begin!!

1. Your name : Yii Yii (WAHAHAH)

2. A four letter word : YOLK

3. A boy's name : Yael (YES, it does exist. I googled it!!)

4. A girl's name : Yvonne!! =)

5. An occupation : Yoga instructor

6. A colour : Yellow (Now wasn't THAT easy!)

7. Something you wear : Yoga outfit!!

8. A type of food : YUMMY. No la. Yeast, okay?

9. Something found in the bathroom : Yellow rubber duck

10. A place : Yataimura (hoho)

11. A reason for being late : Yesterday she say today no school . . . !

12. Something you shout : YOU!! Why you tell me today no school?!

13. A movie title : Yes Man

14: Something you drink : Yucky drink

15. A musical group : UM. Yinkin Park . . . (Well tell me if YOU can think of any!!)

16. An animal : Yak

17. A street name : York Road

18. A type of car : Uhh. . .Yellow car?? =/

Government exam:

The government exams are back again to terrify us . . .
It's BIGGER. And BADDER. And it's here to make us SHUDDER!!
*screams*

Carmen is right. Reality striked. In fact, it hit like a truck.
When I finally put my signature on the piece of paper, I realized, 'This is it.'
The point of no return, no regret, whatever you'd like to call it.
It's worse than getting married!! The commitment, ohh. . . !

And I was so unwilling to tick the box next to the Sejarah subject code. In fact, I had to ask Ee Lynn to do it for me.
Why, oh WHY did they put the box there in the first place??
As if it were OPTIONAL!
As if I had a CHOICE!

Argh, wasting my pen ink.
They should've just put a column there:
MATAPELAJARAN YANG ANDA TIDAK BOLEH 'DROP':
And list down BM and Sejarah and everything else I don't want to take. (PENDIDIKAN MORAL!!)

:-(

* Comments would be appreciated. I haven't had any in ages; I do miss human communication!!

Charity cupcakes =/

Oh, I am such a busy person. I haven't done any updating for about a month because, well, I AM A BUSY PERSON!! All right, I'm not actually as significant a person as I have just made myself sound. But I'm a much, much more disciplined person this year than ever! I've cut down sooo much on my excessive afternoon naps and online time. I'm now always trying to finish my homework the very day I get it. It seems that I needed 10 years to get the meaning of DISCIPLINE!
Okay so here I am today. I'm not sure when I will update again, but for now...
Let me present the title of the day:
CHARITY CUPCAKES
They're pretty!! Here, take a look:

I initially thought that this was a rather abstract, artistic pattern...
until Renee told me that it was merely a failed attempt to draw a heart!!

See, isn't it pretty??

Same one, bird's view.

And of course, the simplest, yet oh-so-charming one! <3

Yes, yes, Renee made them for me. (It seems that she has finally found her one talent after all! =P) And do you know why she made them for ME? Out of  pure intention to strengthen the bond between us?? NO!! She wants me to buy the CAR WASH TICKETS she has to sell for the Interact Club! 10 of 'em. At RM10! What, am I supposed to wash my car 10 times???
. . .
Hence the title, 'charity cupcakes'.
I have to buy them. And I get a free car wash. Not bad, actually.

I love you too, Renee!
You make a good charity-cupcake maker!!
=D
